We at gulnaar_jaipur, understand the importance of delivering the products on time.

Once your order is placed. Our team will start processing it immediately. Since all the products are made-to-order, basis therefore it will reach you within 10 days of the order being placed. Shipping is free all over India and the shipping charges for outside India will be added at the payment page.

As soon as your order is dispatched, the tracking information for your order will be sent to your number.

Exchange Policy

Gulnaar_Jaipur follows a liberal policy to ensure your purchases are free from stress. We accept only size exchange in India and there is no exchange policy outside India. In case of size exchange. The customer has to raise a request by calling our customer care or by emailing us at gulnaarjaipur@gmail.com within 2 days of the product delivery.

Otherwise, the request will be terminated. Once you receive an acknowledgement from the team, please send the product back to us by yourself, as we do not have a reverse pick-up facility.

The charges borne by the customer will be reimbursed; the procedure of size exchange will take 10-15 business days. Please keep in mind that products purchased on sale are not returnable.
